About Us

Mexico is located in one of the warmest places in the world as it sits next to the ring of fire which is a region with volcanic and seismic activity. Food in most Mexican dishes will include beans, rice, and corn. They have a variety of different dishes from tacos, burritos, birria, posole, etc. that use similar ingredients. They also like to incorporate avocado, chilis, and homemade salsas into their food. 

Korea is located in the southern part of the Korean Peninsula in East Asia. Korea's daily food has multiple types of staple foods and subsidiary dishes, which are served with rice as a staple food and side dishes as an accompaniment. Korean culture was influenced by exchanges with their geographically close neighbors and a mixture of northern and southern peoples in Siberia and Central Asia but developed into an independent culture.

Mexico and Korea have many differences, including location and culture, but we will present the beauty of harmony between the two countries through a new fusion dish that combines both Mexico and Korean in Bistro 410.
